Ashley is a Wallingford, Connecticut native. She began her insurance career during her undergraduate at the University of Connecticut, while completing their Professional Sales program, and obtaining a BA in Economics. Upon graduation from UConn, she immediately jumped into a full-time insurance career. She believes that it is a rarity for somebody to grow up aspiring to work in insurance, but once introduced to the field, fully embraced the opportunity to make a difference in her client’s lives, and interact with new people on a daily basis. Ashley completed her LUTCF designation in 2013, which is an advanced degree in life insurance products and marketing presented to her by The American College. After spending years working for a large captive insurance company, she decided to open Tranquist Insurance Group, LLC in 2014. Her independent agency allows her to provide you with options and a life-long relationship as the agency adapts to your individual life and business changes, as well as changes in the insurance industry. Ashley loves spending time with her family and friends, her golden retriever, Holly, and constantly working toward a better self through personal growth and education.
